• Personal hygiene products once opened

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost of the original order.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of shipment.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days after delivery.
We will offer a replacement or a refund. Photos/videos are required.

For professional and business orders, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B purchases.
